Slight improvement
GLUCOSAMINE I had high hopes for this. The ingredients, including glucosamine hydrochloride, seemed promising. I took 2 capsules daily for 2 months alongside collagen and hyaluronic acid. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice a significant change. The pain in my joints decreased slightly, but that’s about it. I’ve now started a different product from another company—let’s see if it works better.
